Description
I started thinking about the similarities between the situations of John Shepard and John 117. Both are told by a glowing blue AI that they must destroy galactic civilization to stop their enemies. Master Chief decided to take a different option, but what if he took the Shepard way out?
I was going to draw this out, but my mock up started looking better than I expected, so I just went with it. I made some alternate endings too, but you can just play around with the hue tool in photoshop if you want them.

With the Extended Cut DLC, commander Shepard can actually pull a 'Master Chief' by refusing the Catalyst's choice by either giving an awesome speech about fighting for freedom... or just shoot the SOB in the face. Sadly, this will result in the Reapers destroying everyone and the cycle to continue. But damn, his/her speech was awesome.
